1. About these terms
This website, bijoyamukherji.com, is run by Bijoya Mukherji ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to everyone who uses the website, books a session, buys an online course or engages us for a corporate programme ("you"). By using the website or making a booking or payment, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Shipping & Delivery.
2. Our services
We offer:
- 1:1 sessions: clarity calls, nervous system and somatic coaching, pranic healing and related sessions, held online over a private video call or in person.
- Coaching programmes: multi-session journeys, which may be arranged after a discovery call.
- Online courses: digital video and/or PDF material delivered by email for self-paced learning.
- Corporate programmes: workshops and programmes for organisations, provided under a separate written proposal.
3. Not medical or psychological treatment
Our sessions, courses and content are for wellbeing, coaching and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a doctor, psychiatrist, psychologist or other licensed healthcare professional. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication. If you have a medical or mental health condition, please continue any treatment you are receiving and consult your healthcare provider before starting. If you are in crisis or at risk of harm, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Results vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. You remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing during and after a session.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book or pay on this website. Sessions for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or guardian, who consents on their behalf.
5. Bookings
- When you book, you choose a preferred date and time. Your booking is confirmed only once we confirm the slot (usually within 24 hours) and, where applicable, your payment is received.
- Please give accurate contact details. We send confirmations, video call links and course access to the email address and phone number you provide.
- Online sessions need a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. Venue details for in-person sessions are shared when your slot is confirmed.
- Please join on time. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.
6. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the website in Indian Rupees (₹) for clients in India and in US Dollars ($) for clients outside India. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects a booking you have already paid for.
- Payments in India are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Payments from outside India are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- Your bank or card issuer may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees. These are not set by us.
- Fees for coaching programmes and corporate programmes are agreed separately in writing.
7. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds
Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you can reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice, and no refund is given if you miss a session without notice.
8. Online courses
- When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the material for your own learning.
- Access links are sent by email and stay active for the access period shown for the course (usually 30 days). Links may be password-protected and limited to your use.
- You may not copy, download (unless a download is offered), record, resell, share, publish or distribute course material or your access links. If we see misuse, we may revoke access without a refund.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our sessions and courses, including text, videos, audio, meditations, worksheets, images and the Bijoya Mukherji name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Confidentiality
What you share in a session is treated as confidential. We will not share it with anyone else unless you consent, the law requires it, or we believe it is needed to prevent serious harm to you or someone else.
11. Testimonials
If you send us a testimonial, you allow us to publish it on our website and social media. We only use your name or photo with your permission, and you can ask us to remove a testimonial at any time.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit false bookings or payments, or upload harmful code. We may refuse or cancel a booking, with a refund where one is due, if these terms are broken or if we believe our services are not suitable for you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, sessions or courses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Third-party services
We use third-party services for payments (Razorpay, PayPal), video calls, email and hosting. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue together.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you made a booking or payment apply to that booking or payment.
